Esther.ai is a generative Artificial Intelligence (genAI) software testing and debugging SaaS platform that assists teams in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of all sizes and skill sets.
Our platform combines human insights with machine learning and AI-based technologies to reduce testing time, costs and efforts while accelerating software product releases. Esther.ai works with input from the product teams (Requirements) and developers (Source Code), enabling them to hand off the testing processes to Esther.ai.
With tests that run across multiple browsers & operating systems, Esther.ai designs, creates, rationalizes, creates data, executes, and reports on tests in seconds. This allows teams to focus on delivering bug-free software faster, more efficiently, and cheaper.

Rick A. Hensbergen, MBA (Founder & CEO)
A seasoned software engineering executive with over 20 years of delivery experience in the banking sector, specializing in international payment systems, focusing on financial networks like SEPA, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, and SWIFT.
Rick has worked with major global banks such as JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and Lloyds Banking Group, where he managed complex payments projects and adhered to strict regulatory standards.At the Royal Bank of Scotland, he led a team of 600+ business testers for the Williams & Glynn project, contributing to a £1.5 billion investment. At Metro Bank (UK), as the Director of Route to Live, Rick expanded his role under the UK Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), SMF24, overseeing the bank’s internal operations and technology.
A certified SAFe® Agilist, Rick excels in CI/CD, DevOps, and both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. His approach to Quality Engineering (QE) has driven innovation in the banking industry. Rick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from NIMBAS Bradford – Graduate School of Management, now TIAS Business School.
